The Reason I Deactivated My Facebook Account
Third-party Facebook apps soon to access addresses, phone numbers
Very, very bad move for Facebook. I'm concerned that they are willing to not only allow this to happen, but to encourage it. And I know that a user has to give permission in order for the third party app to access the information, but most users don't pay attention to these things and will be unknowingly be giving up their personal information.
But what troubles me more is what's coming next. I believe that this will evolve into an involuntary service, one in which Facebook gives up your information with or without your consent; it is the next natural thing to do.
I won't be a part of it. If I wanted to give third party companies my information, I would have previously. Again, bad move for Facebook.

Why I Won't Be Buying Any Sony Products Anytime Soon

How is this right or constitutional? So big time companies can invade a person's privacy and information now? Geohot, in my opinion, did nothing wrong in exposing Sony's vulnerable system. And if you look at his history of hacking (with the iPhone and iPad), he's never done it for any other reason than to use his hardware the way he wanted to. So for them to be pursuing him for this foolishness...I hope the community pays attention and that Sony fails.
BTW: For those flaming Geohot because of his hack, realize that he is not responsible for the MW2 hacks that have happened. Those hacks existed WAYYYYYYYYYYYY before he discovered the key. So place that blame when it accurately needs to be placed. ^_^

I'M BACK!!!!!!!!
My beautiful blog readers, what it do?!?! It has been over a month since I've posted on here (no need to tell me how bad that is, I feel terrible about it already). Just so you know where I was and what I was doing, over the last month I had a trip to Philadelphia, midterms and a final, not to mention research. From now on, however, I'm working towards incorporating this blog into my schedule so that even when I get busy, I can continue to post. Alright, soo what's coming up? Well there are some things I would like to inform you guys (and gals) about, so that content will be here shortly. I also have the next installments of 'Player Moves' and 'Behind the Words' on deck. Besides that, I will be posting some inspirational thoughts that I think some need to hear. So basically, get ready to see a lot more of me than you have recently. Ok? Ok.
